Utilizes alloy steel to process precise timing synchronous gears permanently fixed on the shaft. Synchronous gears are lubricated by splash lubrication from gear oil in the oil tank. High-precision, low-friction coefficient gear transmission is more energy-efficient, and timing synchronous gears still possess anti-slip properties.

5. Employs a special dual mechanical water seal system for completely leak-free operation.
6. Uses a double-ended lubricating oil tank for lubrication, better improving the service life of bearings and gears, and making maintenance and inspection easier.
7. Temperature control is achieved by spraying atomized water at the inlet to meet the required outlet temperature, producing stable saturated steam and effectively regulating the outlet temperature.
8. All motors are variable frequency motors, allowing adjustment of processing capacity based on actual treatment volume.
